Hi my name is Mr. Phelps I am the Dean of students and I have been serving our scholars at Bedford for the last thirteen years. I am a graduate of Providence College, that’s where I received a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences. I was a four year letter man in basketball and traveled the world playing Professional for ten years. I am the Basketball coach here at Bedford and we have done very well over the years winning a City Championship and winning the Division for 7 years in a row. I can say this it is a great joy to be here and work for such a great Principal and work with our young Scholars.
